Zero Trust and Zero Integrity
They messed up so much and changed their rules so often previously - a chain of bad decisions and arrogance/incompetence at the CEO level - that they antagonized their most long term customers (which they later labeled "abusers")
To make up for it they offered free scraps in PLU, which you had to pay a FIAT fee to "withdraw". Against their promise, they never refunded the fiat fee, and even though transactions are transparent on the blockchain, their customer support is horrible and it's pretty obvious that they have the instructions to reject any claim and just want to keep my money. I'm sure many others are going through the same.
Thieves.
1) There is no free money
2) Would have been better off collecting AMEX points
3) They tried for YEARS to deliver "rewards" but STILL fail miserably
4) A lot of "customers" are in loss overall
5) Don't trust their promises and attempt to lure you into something - it's a temporary trap (their rules historically change very often)
6) CEO has zero integrity and still keeps going
7) I lost thousands of Euros and a lot of time following their changes and promises
