After placing order no communication for a number of days which is unusual i would have expected to have been keep up to speed on despatch etc

Had problems with the bike the rim tape…

Had problems with the bike the rim tape was incorrectly fitted causing a flat and as no spare wheel available Gtech wanted to send a new bike, sadly the bike felt underpowered for me and along with a seat that I couldn’t tighten properly Gtech were happy to accept the bike back and gave me a refund.

Couldn’t fault after sales service.
