Was booked in at 10.30 arrived at…

Was booked in at 10.30 arrived at 10.15. Sat for over an hour before they actually started changing the tyres. Left at 12.15 what was the point of booking a slot! Seemed to be a few people just having a bit of a chit chat behind the counter and not really arsed!!
