Complaint resolution service

Emailed Bulb with an issue 4 days prior to joining them. My request was lengthy and involved changes to my tariff and meter type within Bulb's systems. Got a response from Sophie @ Bulb with a full resolution in just 30 minutes from my initial email. Incredible. Sophie's response not only addressed all my queries but gave me further information on the final bill process which was helpful. The rumours about Bulb's brilliant customer service are TRUE. Glad to be joining them!

Complaint resolution

Had an issue with my meter that involved updating it on EDF's systems as will as the national database. I understood that this type of complaint can be tricky but Zoe was well on top of it. Having raised my complaint, Zoe was in touch within 2 days, quickly identified all actions that needed to be taken and initiated them. She also set my expectations very well by informing me when she would contact next with an update which she did. All of her responses were also on the same day which is very efficient. All my queries have been resolved in under two weeks plus, she was also happy to help with my credit balance query which was not part of my original complaint. Thanks for going above and beyond Zoe! Amazing job!
