They have friendly and helpful support when you call them, sure.
But seriously? Last time I called and asked them to send me an email with the amount I need to pay to close my credit card, they said:
“We’re not allowed to send that by email, we can only say it on the phone.”
Excuse me?!
You're not allowed to send me an email with MY OWN balance so I can pay you? What kind of backwards nonsense is that?
And don’t get me started on the system it’s always down. Glitchy, slow, and nearly impossible to navigate. Transferring money? Good luck.
You guys make all this profit but can’t bother hiring real developers to fix your broken system or build a proper app?
How cheap and lazy can you be?
