How bad you are...

They have friendly and helpful support when you call them, sure.
But seriously? Last time I called and asked them to send me an email with the amount I need to pay to close my credit card, they said:
“We’re not allowed to send that by email, we can only say it on the phone.”



Excuse me?!
You're not allowed to send me an email with MY OWN balance so I can pay you? What kind of backwards nonsense is that?

And don’t get me started on the system it’s always down. Glitchy, slow, and nearly impossible to navigate. Transferring money? Good luck.
You guys make all this profit but can’t bother hiring real developers to fix your broken system or build a proper app?

How cheap and lazy can you be?

Becoming so bad

Max is one my favourite restaurants. However, what they are doing lately made me hate them. Rude employees + unclean restaurants + they increased the prices and made the hamburger smaller + and now they are asking for 5Kr for tape water.
Only god know what is next, maybe you gonna pay for the seat really disappointed....

Absolutely Ridiculous Experience – Amazon Should Be Embarrassed

I took the AWS Cloud Practitioner exam from home through OneVue, and it was a complete disaster.

After many studying days, struggling to find a quiet room in a library, and going through their painfully long verification process, the exam didn’t even load. All I got was an error message and then a blank white screen. Their "support" had no clue what was happening and just told me to restart my PC. Wow, genius troubleshooting!!!

Of course, restarting didn’t help. Same error. Same useless white screen. And the best part? They said they don’t know what the problem is or even if it would work on another day.
Seriously? This is a multi-billion-dollar tech company, and they deal with a company that can't figure out where the issue is coming from?
What kind of system throws a generic error without any proper error handling or logging?


And the funny part they say this problem might be from your side! How so? I passed all of your check-in exams, and when trying to reveal the questions, I get an error message "Something went wrong, please try again" Hehehe, this obviously is not from my side, and it is a server-side error. Even beginner programmers know how to catch and log errors properly.

This was just pathetic. I wasted my time, energy, and effort for absolutely nothing, and they couldn’t even give me a real answer...

Absolutely Ridiculous Experience – Amazon Should Be Embarrassed

Scammers

I just wanted to give them a bad review and I am surprised by the dislikes they got.
Anyways, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen, if your parcel was delayed and you couldn't collect it once it is delivered then they will keep the parcel with them and still you have to pay for it and there is a chance to charge you 150 SEK extra.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

Super Rude Employees

After COVID-19 the have hired many rude teenagers in support team. Rude to a level that they made a mistake that they are 100% responsible of and the one guy of them told me "You can't see what I wrote you. Are you blind?"
I am gonna call them soon and teach these boys how to behave good :)

Anyways Klarna receives a penalty fee of SEK 500 million. I hope it will not be the last penalty :) 🔻

Worst matchmaking you can see

Worst matchmaking you can see. There is nothing random in matchmaking if you lose once then they will put with players who lost once as well and so on so at the end you will see matches between players who have lost 15 consecutive matches against players who won 15 consecutive matches so the match can be finished in less than a minute. This is the worst logic ever. And if you told your team paly good and they reported you you will get a ban XD

100% SCAM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

They will not tell you that your data will be stored for years until you try to verify your address they will keep asking for more proof to steal more data from you. The problem is that you can't catch them even by law since the owner is hidden and the company is located in Marshall Island anyone can open a company there and their office in Hoza 86/410 , Warsaw , Poland is fake there is no office for them there I did my search and there is nothing there. If they were in Europe I would know how to deal with them and I would have closed this company already. However, since it is in Marshall Island nothing can be done towards them.

Very disappointing ....

I tried to buy a discounted product. However, this product is not available in the closest store to me and can't be shipped either. So, I wanted to know in which store this product is available so I can go there and buy I but this is not possible as well. Basically, you need to search for each city one by one to see if they have or not.
Knowing in which stores the product is available can be the simplest function of each E-commerce website.

Not going to buy anything from here even if it is for free

I bought a mixer from them and after 2 weeks this mixer became hot and started to turn on by itself so imagine the blad keeps rotating in the middle of the night and you can't stop this. I have talked with them and told them this product is unsafe and I want a refund. They said you have to send it to us before, how I am going to send a mixer that gets very hot and it works suddenly, this is very risky to send it back to China what if it worked during the transportation and they can't turn it off or what if it burned.
I was buying from Shein regularly but now it is time to delete my account and go shopping from Temu, since the customer support are very friendly and they helped with some cases like this before and still they are better than the rude Shein customer support.

Became very bad

I have been using Klarna for many years and to be honest they were such a good company, and the customer supports were very nice and friendly and will help with a late payment and so on. Like if you asked to extend any due date 3 days they will extend it 10 days instead which was super good.
However, things have changed recently. The customer supports will never help with anything even if you asked them to extend any due date just one or two days will not accept you feel that they will do the impossible so they don't help you, and the way they talk became very rude.
Sadly this version of Klarna is not like the Klarna we used to have.

When the market closes the spread is estimated of 40-60 pips in a normal trading day which is insane and extremely too much. Scammers do this to hit your SL. Even they don't answer on the phone and the chat doesn't work.

Very bad experience, they say the delivery time is around 2-5 days. However, after you made an order they will tell you that the order can take up 3-4 weeks. They are really bad and the other stores are much better than them, I am not going to order from them anymore.

Another bad e-store

Another bad e-store. Well, I have seen they have good discounts so I made my first order with them. However, none of the products fit my size so I returned everything. So I paid them delivery fees + returning fees which equals 120 SEK and it was for nothing. Therefore, I am not buying from them anymore it was my first and last time
