Great service and excellent spares availability.

Needing a spare part to replace a broken functional piece, I went to Greenpower's website and found what I needed in just moments, thanks to an easy layout and easy to use catalogue of spares for my particular scooter. The spare part was cheaper than I expected, and I received the item within a few days of ordering, with free postage too. People often lambast GP, saying that customer service is not good, or parts are unavailable, or far too expensive. This is simply not true, I have two Greenpower scooters, both of which work perfectly because I maintain them rather than expect them to continue running without care. I received a swift service - twice now out of two times - and find the scooters and the parts service equally reliable. Well done Greenpower.

Azzuro tried their scam with me

Azzuro through Togglit tried their scam with me, for an alleged 10 year old electricity debt. It was statute-barred anyway because it was so old, but I wrote back and asked for proof of the debt using a Subject Access Request and threatening to report them to the Information Commissioners Office under the Data Protection Act. Eventually they admitted they couldn’t get any proof, no bill or invoice etc. I demanded they remove my data from their records by today (10/08/24), as is my right under the DPA. As they sent me passworded access to my files in their cloud storage, I can check to see when they remove the files. They haven’t yet. From the badly-written emails and the date format on their documents, I got the impression they may be in another country. They certainly aren’t very bright.

Namecheap Support chat is the very best there is. They take no time to reply, actually read what you say the problem is rather than what they think you’re saying, they answer the question and solve issues in a fast, friendly and professional way. Many other companies should look at Namecheap’s service and model theirs on it. Well done Namecheap!!

No support!

I like the app well enough, although it can be a bit buggy. However, I’ve emailed support on 2 separate occasions in the last weeks, regarding 2 separate incidences of similar issues (not getting levels or other rewards when they definitely are due (level 5 this time)) and I haven’t even had an auto email to say that mine has been received - never mind getting a reply from anyone human. The support chat button doesn’t work and the email link doesn’t either - it has to be copy/pasted. The chat hosts always say to just contact support if there’s a problem, but there is no point and I’m not the only one to find this either. OJO could be head and shoulders above the rest - no wagering is a massive plus, as are the little cash rewards for playing - but the total lack of support is disconcerting and disappointing at the least.

Review of Bookwhen - Online Booking System

Lots of functionality

There’s a lot more functionality to Bookwhen than I first thought. I have it set up on my site for booking all my craft courses - different topics, different dates and costs - and I’ve found I can set up Bookwhen on each course info page to show the year’s dates for just that course. That makes it easy for clients to find what they want.
It’s easily managed from a user-friendly dashboard and there are shortcuts so you can minimise repetitive entering. It’s a very good price for what you get and the Bookwhen team were super-helpful when I was setting it up. Highly recommended.
