Television delivered within 4 days of order by friendly and efficient TV Engineer who set it all up for me - although I had paid for the privilege - which is standard.

Great product, promptly delivered. The price increases in bird feed however is hard to swallow - but this applies to this product across all suppliers. The sooner the price falls the better our garden birds and wildlife will benefit. We try our best to support wildlife but need to be charged realistic prices.

Had issues when ordering card. Gift added that was not asked for (deleted - but the same happened on previous order - thankfully noticed and also deleted) different sizes of same card entered on bill - deleted: One name missing from signature details. Postcode missing from address on example shown on email receipt - I did print it.
I hope to keep using Moonpig as it is a really useful service and has potential to be excellent - just not so far in my experience.

Product took over 2 weeks to arrive - much longer than usual. Price has also increased dramatically - from £29 (maybe it was even £27 - can’t quite recall) when I first started ordering to £37.25 now.

Very impressed. Sign looks beautiful - well cut and carved with attractive lettering.
