Car is already booked into their repair…

Car is already booked into their repair garage as the charging port doesn't lock or open properly so they obviously didnt check that as they were supposed to!! And the light on the dash has already come up with a high voltage warning message and I cannot get it seen to till 3 weeks time!!! Absolute shambles again because this is the 2nd car from the same company and it's happened on both cars where I've had to report problems on the day of driving the car away from the forecourt

All of our vehicles are subjected to an inspection prior to their placement on the forecourt, however, they are all sold in a used condition and on occasion, faults can develop, often these are unforeseen and sudden.

I apologise for the disappointment regarding the appointment date. We always provide the earliest available date at our service centre.

2 times the car went up for sale and 2…

2 times the car went up for sale and 2 times the buyer decided not to go ahead with the sale after purchasing the car on the auction. Absolute waste of my time so sold straight away the same day elsewhere

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during the selling process. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to go through the auction process twice, only to have the buyers pull out at the last moment.

After reviewing the situation, the buyers identified discrepancies in the HPI report, specifically regarding the date when the current keeper became the registered owner of the vehicle, as well as a National Mileage Register (NMR) discrepancy. Unfortunately, these issues led the buyers to decide not to proceed with the purchase.

While these situations are rare, we understand how disruptive they can be, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. We’re glad to hear that you were able to sell your car elsewhere, but we regret that your experience with us didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable, and we will use it to refine our processes to prevent similar issues in the future.
