I've made multiple purchases and never had a big problem. If the item is out of stock, sometimes it will be removed from your order with an ambiguous message attached. However, on contacting customer service I have always had a quick and polite reply explaining the situation. Can't beat the selection and regular discounts.

Always reliable with shipping and we can find loads of items that are difficult to find locally. You do pay for shipping but the savings is clear given most items lower cost than other shops.

Kept me posted on the shipping process and any delays without prompt. Delivery waited until a weekend had passed so plants didn't sit somewhere needlessly. Everything arrived in perfect health. The only comment I could make is the this end up arrows could be bigger on the shipping boxes as the plants had definitely taken a few tumbles in transit, but everything is growing happily so no harm done.

Great service, very efficient and hassle free. However, it would be nice if they wouldn't text you every week after a month when you've ordered a 2 month supply as a reminder to reorder. Still, too many reminders is better than none at all. You won't regret switching.
