Review of DPD UK
I would not even give one star. Ruined 2 whole days of my weekend because you cannot communicate or find an address! Driver 1 lied and said parcel delivered and signed for by me, useless picture on app but when you zoom in you can see the seat in van! Reported and promised a call back, didn't get one. Miraculous that next day get text to say out for delivery again, wait in all day and at last minute get Sorry we missed you, and a photo of location that isn't even on my estate!! I can't arrange for delivery to another address and customer service closed. They keep lying and why any company trust them with their goods is beyond me. Avoid at all costs!
