There should be an option here for 0 star which is what I would give this company.
My experience with LARQ has been very BAD. I am writing this review to warn others about their appalling customer service, just AWFUL! They sent my filter to the wrong address. I sent them numerous emails and they simply have not had the decency to reply to any of them of rectify their mistake. They took the money as I have a subscription and left me without the filter Horrendous!!

Saying that they have not received my emails, I have sent the screen shots of the correspondence which shows the correct email address, emails that never bounced back either. Awful company.

I have been buying from Amazon for years! and I can not praise this online retailer enough. Their customer service is AMAZING. If you have a problem with a product (rare if you do a good research) you can trust Amazon to deal with efficiently. A big plus also is that goods are always deliver on time. I simply do not understand some of this reviews on here it does not reflect what this company is like.

So glad that ZAO was found it! After trying many other chemical free make up products on the market- quite few of them- without a doubt ZAO is my favourite! They really work and have a nice feel to it unlike any others of this type on the market. I would highly recommend this company. I have used their blusher, lipstick and pencils. Happy with them all!

This is the first time that I bought from Finnish Design Shop. I had a problem my order the bath robe that I was buying stopped being made. I am very grateful that Emmi sorted it out immediately for me what I can only describe as excellent customer service. I would use again and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

One star is too much for the level of BAD service that I received from this company.
Sockshop made a mistake with my address which resulted in my order returned back by Royal Mail. After 2 weeks of waiting and chasing Sockshop failed to amend the problem and told me I had to wait for the order to get to them to either issue me an exchange or a refund. It is not my fault that the wrong address on the parcel. I could not believe it! That is what you call VERY BAD customer services! Will not use again. Would not recommend.

Beware this company offers a very slow service processing online refunds. It took 3 weeks to receive my money in the bank. Very disappointing. I will not be buying from COS Uk online again for that reason.

I found First4lawyers helpline very inefficient.
I rang the helpline to speak to a solicitor regarding a legal claim with plenty of evidence. I explained the reason for my call to discover that the person I spoke to could not advise me how to put the claim forward and had to consult "someone"who then came back telling me that they were not interested. I was not very impressed! I managed to speak to a solicitor from a different company who is thankfully now processing my claim. Should I have not persisted looking for help I would have missed out finding justice!

I have recently found this website online and I would like to praise 'A Little Find' company for its excellent customer service.
I contacted them regarding an item I purchased they responded very quickly and sort it out straight away, really appreciate it. Thank you!

In my experience this is one of those BAD estate agents that can not be trusted! The estate agents job is to mediate between the vendor and the seller they failed to do that! It is very frustrating when to deal with an agency that do not call back or can not be trusted when you put an offer on a property. Avoid if you can.

Les informo que esta empresa actúa de cara al cliente "casi" de forma ilegal. Como es posible que uno haga un contrato de teléfono y al paso de un tiempo aumenten las tarifas sin información ninguna? Esta es una de las tantas experiencias que me han ocurrido es los 2 últimos años que llevo con este FRUSTRE DE EMPRESA! cuando averigüe la razón del incremento de dijeron "que estaba en el contrato" pero a mi cuando me hicieron la contrata no me informaron acerca de eso! sino quizás me lo hubiese pensado!
y ESA ES LA MALA CONDUCTA DE ESTA EMPRESA! cambian tu contrata sin permiso!...NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO. Primero te ofrecen unos contratos de teléfono muy baratos, pero al paso de un tiempo incrementan las tarifas sin información o permiso del cliente. Y NO HAY MANERA DE PONERSE EN CONTACTO CON ELLOS TAMPOCO!! UNA VERGÜENZA!
Mi ultima queja es que me están cobrando por llamadas perdidas al extranjero! Como es posible que una empresa cobre por llamadas perdidas sin conversación alguna!! LA PEOR EMPRESA DE TELEFONO EN ESPAÑA!
