Overall good and I would recommend GC Motors

Recently purchased a Land Rover Defender 110 from GC Motors. Very competitive price and the car now lives up to expectations, not only in aesthetics but also quality. The remote sale and handover process did face a significant hiccup, with the car initially being delivered with incomplete paint work, particularly of the rear bumper. Rob Angood was fantastic in organising collection and full repair of the bodywork. He rearranged delivery of the vehicle in as speedy a manner as feasible. I cannot fault Rob’s efforts to rectify initial oversights. Stellar communication and prompt action. Also very patient with the cash purchase that came with delays related to bank authorisation. I’m really happy with my new car and overall experience was good! Thank you!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Never experienced such bad customer service. Ignores emails, Instagram messages (whilst simultaneously posting) and comments on posts related to orders. Sends parcels with items missing. Fails to process refunds for returned items. Items overpriced. All round suboptimal experience. Surprised this ‘business’ is still allowed to exist. Avoid.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Had an issue with an item after the return period had lapsed. Charlotte, customer care executive, was exceptionally helpful and resolved matters very quickly. I am very pleased with the service received. Highly recommend Lovall and their products!
