From the very start of the process Yopa were very efficient and timely in their responses and actions.

This was the first time we have gone through a home move process and Connie Friston was excellent and a credit to Yopa. She was always available to give help, advice and support when needed.

This was really appreciated, when we were looking at estate agents I did have my doubts on Yopa due to the up front payment fee and therefore what would be your motivation to push for a sale as Yopa already had your fee. I was wrong, Connie goes above and beyond and delivering to the very last part of the process.

I would have no issues recommending Yopa to friends and family, however I feel that Connie was the main reason for the positive view of Yopa. she really is a credit to your business.
