The original formula was incredible but since they have changed the formula recently, it's terrible.... It's dry, doesn't spread properly. At first I thought there was something wrong with it until I realised they had changed the formula. Why do this?
I have bought two since they changed the formula but I won't buy anymore. There must be better options.

I had insurance with this company for over ten years. As soon as I incurred a bill of any significance, they refused to pay it. I am presently going through the complaints procedure, which is very stressful when you're recovering from major surgery. I was also fully covered as a private patient in a public hospital, where I had my surgery for cancer. It has really made me lose faith in the health insurance industry. I mean what is the point of paying hundreds every year for years on end when as soon as you need it, they won't pay?

Ordered and paid for a size 40 pair of shoes from Paul Byron. The shoes arrived in the wrong size, 39 instead of 40. I rang Paul Byron to report the mistake. The shoes were collected by courier and I was told the correct size would be sent back out to me. The shoes were sent again a few days later, but unbelievably, once again in the wrong size. They again sent me a 39 instead of a 40. Will not be ordering from them again.

Late flying out to Germany from Ireland. Extremely late on return flight also - over two hours. Completely inefficient baggage loading system. Any time I've used Lufthansa, it has been like this. Ryanair are so much more
efficient.

I have been having laser for hair removal for 18 years. It's never going to give me the results that I want so at this point, I see it as a maintenance treatment... twice a year keeps things under control. What I would say here is that therapie's older laser machine was fine for me, no complaints. However the new machine with its cooling system is useless. I've tried it out three times and it just doesn't work like the older model. So I am now going elsewhere. Just remember laser will not work for everyone. Also it may work on some parts of your body better than others. The therapist will always try to convince you that it is you and not them, but this is not the case necessarily. It doesn't work for lots of people. Also just because one laser doesn't give you results doesn't mean another one won't be better for you. Believe me I've tried many.

Being trying to ring for over two weeks to remove an add on but no one will answer. Webchat non existant. Shop closed. Of course there's no problem buying a new product online. They have plenty of people selling products but nobody for anything else.

Very poor reception. No one can hear me on network phone calls. Almost impossible to use the internet because of such poor connectivity. Cheap for good reason.
