The most stressful experience in my life. Luck of very important information i.e. refused to be tested without a passport. Not informed about the time for the test to be ready.

I understand your frustrations however we do advice that you bring your valid Passport, National ID or Home Office Travel Document for all tests associated with travel (Departures and Arrivals) in and out of the UK.
