Unvented Systems Training
I’ve just completed the day course on unvented systems. Steve was a great instructor and guided us through the different systems and controls with real knowledge and skill. Highly recommend!

After four weeks on the course, we’ve just completed a week on pipework and sizing. The course combines practical and theory. Steve and Clark have been great tutors and I’m amazed at how quickly I’ve begun y on gain confidence.

I’ve just completed the first week of the six week course covering legislation, combustion and unsafe situations. Steve’s a great teacher and clearly has real knowledge and experience.
Review of Admiral Insurance
Not impressed! I ensured a bike on my home policy and made a claim when it was stolen. The bike was then recovered and I voluntarily repaid the entire claim. Now Admiral are charging to place the bike back on the policy. Seems extremely unfair. Will not be renewing with them once the cover period comes to an end.

This company is a disgrace. The goods that arrived were of a far inferior quality to the photos shown. I ordered two pairs of shorts and they arrived with a horrible transfer design that wasn’t shown in the photos.
Don’t go near this company!
I’ve looked into returning the goods, but I’d have to pay to send them to China at my own expense. Instead, they’ll be cut up into very expensive dust rags.
Review of dxdelivery.com
This company fails to deliver every time I come into contact with them. As soon as I see a company has dispatched something using DX Delivery, I can guarantee that, half an hour into the time period they've texted for delivery, I'll receive another text saying that they've been 'unable to deliver'.
There's never a reason for this. Other courier companies manage to find the address but, whether it's my work or home address, it's just too difficult for DX Drivers to manage to ring a door bell or a phone number.
Their customer service is none existent. The line they tell you to ring is a recorded message that goes to 'We're experiencing technical problems' before hanging up.
When you manage to find the live chat, it just says, 'the driver will attempt to redeliver later that day', so you stay in and they don't.
I managed to find a phone number for the depot and spoke to someone. She told me that they'd spoken to the driver and told him to re-attempt delivery and call if he was having problems. He didn't.
I suspect it's just their way of getting you off the phone until another driver fails to deliver the following day.
Last time I waited for a package from DX it took 7 attempts before they managed to find an arts centre in the middle of a park (all of our customers seem to find it fine!)
Today, I've had the same run around. Why do businesses use this company? I've wasted an entire day and now I have to delay my holiday in order to wait for a simple delivery.
If you're thinking of trying them out, my advice is to steer clear.

I've been trying to receive delivery of a parcel for over a week. Everyday I've received a message saying they were due to deliver today but have been unable to deliver the parcel. I've tried the live chat, but there's never an agent available. I've left three messages with the online messaging portal, but as yet I've received no response. I've tried to ring, but the line is automated and just posts you back to the website.
There's no means of contacting anyone.
Our site is a cafe open 7 days a week. No other courier companies have had any problem finding us. It's a massive victorian building on the edge of a park and our customers manage to find it without any problem. There's no excuse for non-delivery.
I finally managed to find a number to call which isn't advertised (0333 241 5061) and the agent told me they couldn't deliver because we'd moved. News to me! There was no apology and I'm still waiting to find our if they manage to get the parcel to me.
Everything about this company is terrible. I'm going to contact the company that have supplied the items and suggest they change their couriers.
Awful!!

I'm so frustrated with this bike. The first bike I was sent needed a new front wheel as the gear mechanism broke down within weeks of arriving and only a few commute journeys. After receiving a refurbished wheel which was scratched and damaged I asked to return the bike.
Vanmoof refused to refund the money and instead sent a replacement bike.
This has now broken down with an error message and I have to drive the bike to the other side of London to get the bike repaired. The first appointment available for repair is over a week away and I've no idea how long the repair will take. I then have to go across London again to collect the bike.
My experience is that the S3 is completely unreliable, and prone to break down at the drop of a hat.
Although the website makes all kinds of promises about it's care package, in reality, the customer service (I paid a premium of over £300 for the piece of mind package), has been pretty woeful.
If I could return the bike, I would.

The Quality of jacket I received bore no resemblance to the one shown in the photograph. The material was a different colour and of a much lower quality. The jacket had no lining and was cut so badly that it was virtually unwearable.

Love this company. The website is great. The information is clear and communicated in a fun style. The delivery tracking was accurate and the plant arrived in beautiful condition. What’s not to like?
