I've had several negative experiences with the Electric Bike Company. This is especially disappointing because I met at their location every Saturday for two years to ride with other EBC bikers and actively supported the company. We never received anything in return, yet we still encouraged others to purchase their bikes.
I've seen happy go lucky people posting positive comments about their experiences, and I used to be one of them—until I started having problems. The first couple of times, they were helpful when I showed up in person with battery issues. But now, I believe my motor is blown, and I can’t get any help, even after visiting their factory twice. I’ve sent four emails and made two phone calls with zero response.
Today, for the second time, I have to take my bike to a different vendor for repairs. I truly feel sorry for anyone who bought from them and lives in a different state. I would not purchase anything from this company again, and I certainly wouldn't invest in it, as they are now asking people to do.
Please, go elsewhere.
