The hair looks and feels beautiful. The problem is that the hair sheds and comes out at the track. If you brush the hair the brush is filled with the full hair from the track. The did come very quick, less than 5 days but again I have had it for about 5 week and half of the hair has come out. It looks like the hair is on chemo.

I have been emailing and texting the company to get a get a return label to no avail. I noticed that every order from them comes with the return label missing. I am going to send the item back and dispute the charge.

The products are pretty good but overpriced. I have had issues with product quality in the last few orders. They were nice but a bit condescending.

I just signed up for Choice, so I don't have any history but I will say the customer service is excellent.

My husband suggested legalzoom because he had used them before. I am on month 2 1/2, I am still waiting for my DBA. My business partner did his on his own and he had it completed in less than a month. I called a week ago to find out what is going on. I was told that I was informed that there was a delay. No one informed me of such delay. I begged to get my EIN, the rude guy on the phone tells me I could have requested that and it only takes 24 hours. He actually said I would have it in the morning. It has been over a week I have nothing. One of my friends needed to get an EIN number - she used another services and had it in less than two days. This was a week ago. She actually laughed at me. Legalzoom has actually impeded my business from a clerical perspective. BUYER BEWARE - you can do it yourself for less money and less headache.

The contractor was great and personable. Th work was fine in 15 minutes.
