Terrible customer service
I paid for guaranteed Saturday delivery before 1:00 pm, and the money was taken from my account but I received no confirmation email or text from the company. I had to call them to confirm my order and was told it would arrive Saturday as expected. No apology or attempt to resolve the missing confirmation was offered.
I waited in all day Saturday and the order never arrived. I phoned the company several times, leaving voicemails, but received no response until Monday morning, when a woman from the office called me back. I explained that I had paid for an enhanced delivery service that wasn’t fulfilled, and requested a refund for the delivery cost, which is fair.
The woman I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and refused to refund me. When I questioned the fairness of charging customers for a service that wasn't delivered, I was met with silence. There was no apology, no explanation, and no accountability.
The lack of communication and poor customer service was extremely disappointing, especially as I’m heavily pregnant and relied on this order arriving when promised. I won’t be ordering from this company again, and would advise others to be cautious.
