we stopped at your new store market#25016...our first ever visit...and our last....your selections were really ok but when we checked out all the self check outs were closed so we stood in line...the ticket says brayden...asked about the lanes being closed and get a mumblie we don't use them...duh!!...pretty much had to sack our own items...felt depressed just being in there...depressing

if your customer has an issue and takes the time to contact your customer service WHY in the world would you magnify their issues by having them try and converse with a foreigner that cannot speak understandable english...asked for someone that did not have such an accent and was told no one available..need to respect your customers and hire different class of workers....I know this is and has been an issue for way too long...shame on your greed

love walmart BUT if you have any issues other than in-store and have to contact their customer service GOOD LUCK..99,999% foreign individuals that you cannot understand them much less them you so all this does is make ya realize they..walmart...cares less or this would have been addressed long ago

it is so sad that when you have an issue you are having to talk to people with such a foreign accent that you cannot converse with ...use to be you could ask for another ...not anymore because they are all the same...walmart you get what you pay for....your service is a joke......ole sam is rolling over

it is great for the buyers but sellers are at paypay mercy and they favor the buyer....mt wife got ripped off by their decision and we had been customers from the start...cancelled immediately

this so called business offers no respect for buyers....try to contact them with issues...GOOD LUCK!!

we have lived here for five years and they are the worse delivery company I have ever seen,,,deliver to wrong address, rut yard, ran over trash can, never deliver per tracking info and now their excuse is covid 19.....what a loser excuse for a delivery firm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
