Underground Ecom is everything I had hoped for but almost didn't believe was possible in a marketing agency: responsive, friendly, flexible, diligent, creative, proactive, accountable. It's unbelievably enough been enjoyable to work with them, and that has a LOT to do with the account managers we've had, who have really been advocates for us and worked diligently to improve our email program.

We've been using them for about 5 months now, and already have over 2,000 merchant reviews, almost all of them very positive. It's super easy and simple for our customers to leave reviews after making a purchase, and it's also easy for us to manage the reviews, and to use the feedback to make changes to our website/processes. Highly recommend.
