TLDR:
Took money of me, 2 weeks later I've spent ~10h+ with customer support and still haven't got product or money back...

My experience has been nothing short of a disaster. On August 21st, I purchased an item advertised for "same day delivery." That promise was the beginning of a long and frustrating journey that has left me without the product and without my money.

For two days, I heard nothing. When I called customer service, they bizarrely told me the order was "not accepted" and that I had to go to the physical store to resolve it. At the store, the staff had no record of my order and told me to call customer service again.

This began a ridiculous loop of frustration. Standing in the parking lot, I called support again. They assured me it was sorted and told me to go back into the store. I did, only for the store staff to say, once again, that they could see nothing and could not help. After another hour of back-and-forth calls, the only "solution" customer service could offer was to cancel my order for a refund.

That was over two weeks ago. I have still not received my money back.

The worst part? In my frustration, I asked for a manager to call me. A specific time was booked four days later. I made sure I was available, but the call never came. When I chased it up, I was told the manager would call in an hour. They finally called almost three hours later, completely unprepared and with no idea what my case was about. They promised to look into it and call me back.

Unsurprisingly, I'm still waiting. It has been over two weeks. I have no product, no refund, and have wasted roughly 10 hours of my time dealing with a customer service system that is fundamentally broken.

They have the best prices, but if I wasted 10hours of my life, I overpaid by far! Avoid this company at all costs.

They're selling low-quality items and will make up any excuse not to stand behind their promises. Their guarantee means nothing - they're insolent and fraudulent as many comments already mention in here
