Lost a customer through bad deliveries
Lost a customer through bad deliveries. Such a shame, but after years and 5 complaints I’ve had to leave them. The food quality and set up is great. Although since they sold out the ethos is not so good. They use DPD delivery and countless times the box would be left on my doorstep in full view of the street- open to theft but also signalling that the house is empty all working day. Every other delivery service manages to leave stuff inside the gates- but not DPD. Complaints were ‘escalated’ but I felt like mindful chef just kept throwing me £5 vouchers rather than solving the issue. After the fifth complaint I moved to Hello Fresh who use Evri and deliver to the right place. Wasn’t listened to, just threw money at me.
