Leaving this review for fitter called Kevin after initial issue regarding correct boiler - not his fault he called round in his own time to ensure I had correct boiler, arranged to get get correct boiler delivered and fitted it neatly efficiently clearing up mess etc. All staff that I dealt with on phone were extremely pleasant and helpful. After initial hiccup I now have a boiler that I am very pleased with and would recommend this company for their attitude and competitive pricing

I tried to cancel contract total farce
I tried to cancel contract for providing internet was told on first call not to do it then but on a specific date. I duly phoned back on that date and was disconnected immediately after discussion it was agreed that I did not have to pay £30 disconnection charge given previous information I had been given. I then received a bill for £50 again I phoned and was assured I would not have to pay this bill. Surprised to see they have taken this from my bank account. The time taken to get someone to answer a phone call and then to speak to staff who obviously not up to the job is both frustrating and disheartening even if you do discuss issue and are reassured it is resolved it is not. If I could I would sadly give zero stars
23.5.23. Inadequate response I was told on two occasions that I would not be charged and on a separate occasion told the date I should formerly cancel a perfunctory apology that I was given the wrong information does not address being told the wrong information three times and neither is there any indication that you are going to improve your customer service. Very sad to see what was once an impressive company deteriorate

More2life and their solicitors…
More2life and their solicitors contributed in a major way to the failure to go ahead with first offer I had (at a lower interest rate), I accepted that my solicitor was not covered in glory- the offer was 'timed out' but on the second offer made more2life made a huge mistake ( the schedule did not charge me any interest) my solicitor picked up on this returned to them they reissued only allowing me 18 days to complete. When I phoned I was told that the response to my request for extn the on time could only be dealt with by a different department that did not accept phone calls from the public and that they would inform their solicitors of their decision who would inform mine. I have no confidence in their solicitors (Enact) given my previous experience. I said I would like address to make people further up the company aware of the issues their customers were experiencing and was told that a complaint could only be made through my solicitor or mortgage broker hence this review which hope is seen by someone in the company who is in a position to re-examine customer support
