Super b from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout. Most important however Alex succeeded in what transpired to be a complex mortgage where many others failed to even get off the starting blocks!! Well Done and thanks

Placed an order - FAILED

Placed an order, paid the money. On placing the order it said item in store and delivery the next day. Here we are two weeks later and still no item. This is not the first time, the company just seems to be scamming people. Looking at the reviews they obviously are not bothered by the negative feedback so it is down to us consumers.

Broadband went down, can’t contact anyone and 3 weeks for an engineer. What a joke

False Promises

My 88 yr old mother bought a bed from the store in Helsby. This was the third bed she had bought from them and had been very happy with both the service provided and the beds. On this occasion she was promised 2 new pillows, free of charge. The bed was paid for in full at the time of ordering and arrived on time about 4 weeks later.
Despite numerous calls and visits to the shop (with promises to reslove the issue) the pillows have still not arrived nearly 2 months after the bed was delivered.
Its very sad to say that the service that has historically been at these stores seems to have vanished.
Watch out for false promises.

Service would be nice to have.…

Trying to get in touch with someone at UW is almost impossible. Been a customer for 6 months and the start was okay but when moving house you are left constantly on hold.
Service very poor.

None Payment of Funds - BEWARE!!!

UPDATE
Well here we are in the middle of October and still no funds. The distinct lack of competence of both UAE Exchange and UAE Central Bank is unbelievable.
Someone at either facility needs to wake up!!


In continuation with this review. I have lodged a complaint with the Central Bank but as you might expect there appears again only to be lip service to the complaint.
Likewise the lack of response or information from UAE Exchange is unbelievable. No progress, no information and appears no action being taken by the regulator to assist those who have money outstanding.


Further to my earlier review the responses received form UAE exchange are poor and all they are doing is delaying. This organisation is NOT to be trusted, they MUST NOT be used for the purpose of money transfer. Nether your money or your data is safe



Despite raising concerns over the lack of transfer of funds still nothing. The money handed to UAE Exchange was significant and it is appalling that they can treat customers with such disrespect. This organisation needs to get its act together NOW. They are playing with peoples livelihoods which is disgusting!
