Trouble free efficient transaction

Trouble free efficient transaction.

However packaging was TOTALLY EXCESSIVE. An enormous box with reams of bubble wrap around the article. I appreciate the care taken but bubble wrap around the article and cardboard wrapped around it would have been more appropriate. Thank you.

POOR COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

saw on delivery portal that my order was out for delivery. I rang Rathwood on Friday at 4.45 to see when order was going to be delivered and was told it DEFINITELY would not be delivered on Saturday - that it would be "next week" as delivery company did not work on Saturday. THE DELIVERY ARRIVED AT 11.30 ON SATURDAY. The delivery company were most helpful and accommodating but as an 81 year old woman I needed to have help when delivery arrived. I am most disappointed in Rathwood and their Customer Service. However as I said MC Transport were fantastic and I could not have accepted the order without their help. No marks RATHWOOD.

This is just the BEST company to deal with. I can order with complete confidence. Equally their choice of delivery company is just as efficient and goods arrive when they are scheduled to with no need for follow-up etc.

Brilliant service. Text told me when to expect parcel. Left note on door and instructions followed perfectly. Note taken off door so as no to alert any potential robbers. Really efficient and professional.
