Fantastic service. The Red Wing laces weren’t just the best price I found, but they seemed to arrive almost the moment I clicked the Pay button. (There was also a little surprise gift enclosed but obviously I can’t say what it was ;) Really impressed!

The flowers didn’t arrive. They still hadn’t arrived two days later. I eventually got hold of someone on the website chat. They said there had been a problem with the delivery. (Obviously I already knew this and they didn’t specify what the problem was). They arranged for a delivery which should now be today (3 days late). No apology, no refund, no discount, no goodwill gesture. Not good enough.
