Review of Vinted COM
**BEWARE**
I purchased a bag last week (w/c 25/11/24). Turns out it was counterfeit. It was delivered Wednesday but we were away and opened it on the Monday. Reported straight away but despite acknowledging that it is a fake, Vinted are refusing to do anything about it despited saying 'Vinted prohibits the sale of counterfeit items, which are exact copies of a product or its parts, and selling them is illegal. Vinted's policy is to protect the trademarks, copyrights, and other legal rights of others, and to make Vinted a safe place to shop'.
Its in fact a very unsafe place to purchase anything and I would strongly advise to avoid Vinted, they dont care about consumers or consumer rights and shirk all responsibility, trying to appear as if they protect buyers when in fact they do the opposite.

Review of BBC News
The BBC has become a deeply biased media channel, one that prioritises propaganda over truth and serves as a mouthpiece for Israeli narratives. By spreading misinformation and omitting critical facts, the organisation is complicit in enabling and excusing atrocities. I cannot understand how anyone with a conscience could work there, knowing they are contributing to the suffering of countless people. This betrayal of journalistic integrity is both shameful and damning.
Review of Vrbo
**Warning - Mould in property and no investigation or communicatioN from VRBO **
The place we stayed in had mould on the walls all around the house and the room our baby slept in. We sent photos to VRBO and explained that the owner wanted to offer money off our next stay (so knew it wasn't acceptable and actually dangerous for health) however we felt a discount on the current stay would be more appropriate. We have heard nothing back since emailing, it is totally unprofessional. Once they have your money, they really don't care about your well being or safety. Steer clear!
Review of Centauro Rent a Car
**Beware** This company illegally steals your money. No return of Fuel Deposit.
I am not the first person this has happened to. Go on their instagram, LinkedIn, read Google reviews and Trustpilot and the comments are plagued with the same scam.
We returned from a break in Mallorca on the 4th October and noticed that our fuel deposit had been credited but was £50 short despite returning the car at the correct fuel level. We emailed and received an auto response saying fuel deposit would be credited within 12 days. We followed up again on email explaining that part of the fuel had been refunded already and that there must have been a mistake and could someone get in touch with us and we have heard nothing. We have raised over 20 complaints on their Customer service portal and no response. There is also no number to call.
I have also seen they have blocked people calling them out on Instagram in an effort to try to suppress the bad reviews.
Beware and don't get scammed.
Also don't be fooled by the company response on below - its just for public show. We published this on the 4th October and its the 2nd November and still have received no contact. Will be going legal.

Review of Maleskin.shop
I purchased some Le Labo on Wednesday (31st) for my Uncle's (who has no other family and has a heart condition) birthday. To ensure it would arrive in time, I also purchased the 1-2 business day delivery option. I hadn't received anything from Maleskin in the post by Saturday (3rd) morning so contacted them via email. I received an email this morning (5th) from'Lucy' saying that they had emailed me and that it sometimes goes to spam. They said one of the items I had purchased was out of stock and would I accept a replacement from a different brand.
I responded this morning (5th) and explained that there was no email in my spam and that I was incredibly disappointed not only with their service but for letting my uncle down, I explained that I didn't want the replacement and added that the supposedly "out of stock" item was still up on their website. Pretty shocking as an online retailer to have something still up on your website 120 hours after it has gone out of stock.
I have not received a response and it is almost the end of the day. They are either really incompetent, scammers, don't care at all about their customers or all 3. My advice, steer clear, its shambolic customer service and not worth the hassle. I am aware that these companies try to show they respond on Trust Pilot, and I will be updating this review with further details.
There is no address, nor phone number on their website so no way to contact other than Via email which is a concern. Hoping that they will rectify this and I'll not end up having to take them to trading standards or the ombudsman.

Review of America Car Rental
We hired a car from ACR during a vacation in Tulum. We read the online reviews and thought they sounded like a professional and reputable company but it transpired their cars are in a terrible condition, virtually no security and they really don’t pride themselves on renting customers a safe and secure vehicle. Within the first 6 days of our car hire, I noticed that my car spare tyre was stolen from the boot. We were staying in a gated complex and only parked in secure parking at the beach so I have no idea when this could have occurred, however, it did. No evidence of forced entry was present on the lock and nothing else form the car was taken. Very odd if you ask me. On investigation, I can seen that this also happened to another America Car Rental customer just 2 weeks before our visit. I went to the garage and after looking at photos of the car on collection, it was evident that the spare tyre was not secured with the bolt and wing nut fastener. I feel incredibly frustrated and let down by ACR as this could have been prevented had the spare had all of the correct security in place. In addition to this, I am honestly shocked to find that the car had no remote central locking or alarm. We hired a 3 year old car that had 79,000 km on the clock and was, quite frankly, in pretty poor condition.
The car security features were clearly not up to standard and it is wrong that I was forced to pay $200 for an incident that had occurred due to the lack of basic security put in place by ACR.
Do not use them, they are crooks and basically set you up to be robbed then shirk all responsibility.
*In response to the below suggestion to contact your customer service, we already have. We spoke to Alejandro May and he was unhelpful and the one who shirked all responsibility.*

Lovely to deal with. Efficient and really helpful. My pyjamas didn’t fit and I had to send back and they arranged the return FOC, a lot of places don’t do this and it’s off putting to risk the purchase when you don’t know how the fit is going to be. My husband has 2 pairs and they are just really beautiful quality British made products. Love supporting D&D

Would not buy a Volvo again.
Bought a Volvo XC60 Polestar two years ago.
My local Volvo dealer, Sentinel were terribly incompetent, unprofessional and badly run by the management team which clearly sets a precedent fore the entire team.
In December my alloy was curbed by the staff, we are now in June, and they have avoided calls, emails and voicemails. They have made no effort to repair the damage.
They have since been struct off and are no longer an authorised Volvo UK dealership, and Volvo UK do not want anything to do with them. Volvo UK are also refusing to rectify the problem and blame their old delearship.
Both Volvo UK and Sentinel (Volvo) are unprofessional and poorly managed with no regard for the client.
Review of Agent Provocateur
Avoid! So, so, so disappointed. I cant believe how poor their customer service is.
Firstly, be aware that Agent Provocatuer returns/exchange can take up to 14 working days for the parcel to arrive to the warehouse. That is almost 3 weeks in calendar weeks. So for anyone making a big order that may have some returns, I sincerely advise you to avoid!!!!!
I received my order on the 20th July and wanted to return the items that I didn't want on the 21st. AP's returns portal was down and despite calling their customer service team, no one could help arrange a return. I had to wait until the 25th when someone from the customer service team flagged an issue with my order not showing up and managed to get it registered and therefor available to return. Finally I received a notification that I could generate a return that day. I returned the item to the drop off point on the 26th and have been tracking the package through the collect+/yodel portal the last week. The last update I am able to see was on Thursday 28th July when it says the parcel had been processed at National Hub. A whole week ago and there has been nothing. A whole week! This is the recommended courier service provided by Agent Provocateur!!! Feels like they are just trying to hold onto your money for as long as possible. Serious alarm bells!
On top of this, one of the items from my order was never delivered and I was never credited for it. I raised this with AP via email on Monday 1st Aug and have still heard nothing back. I have no idea what is going on at Agent Provocatuer, but their products are not cheap and this is not reflective of the service you would expect from a premium brand such as AP.
I would therefore advise anyone looking for nice underwear to go elsewhere as the shopping and customer service experience is not reflective of what you are paying for.
Thoroughly unenjoyable experience.

Review of esure
Been with Esure since 2014, however this year they felt it adequate to increase my premium by 45% after 13 years of no claims. Totally unjustifiable: Same address, same car, same drivers. It's safe to say I'm not renewing and have already brought new insurance with Aviva at the same cost as last year, with added benefits of legal cover, courtesy car and more. Goodbye.

Review of Aviva
Quick, easy and great value. Esure tried to increase my premium by 45% after 13 years without making a claim so looked elsewhere. Aviva came in at the same price, but with more added extras. Not sure what Esure were thinking, even spoke to them to give them a chance to rectify their quote but they said tough luck, that's the new price and tried to justify the 45% increase. No chance!
Review of Volvo Car Group
So disappointed with the customers service from Volvo. Do not recommend at all. As Volvo's official electric charge point partner, we signed up for a Newmotion charge point installation when I bought a Volvo in June. Filled out all the details, sent photos and paid for the charge point a few days after picking up the car. Received no news from New Motion about fitting. Have repeatedly chased now and must have called at least 6 times to be given an excuse every time. It is November and still no one has got back to me. An appalling customer service, unreliable, and unprofessional company. Hugely frustrated and let down by Volvo for teaming up with such an unreliable partner for this, agree with a previous customers comments ‘We're Volvo’s customers, it's their appointed partner, their promise of complimentary installation and their incompetence not to keep their customers updated or provide an alternative.’ Really disappointing and would strongly recommend to avoid. If you want an electric car, don't buy a Volvo as you'll have no way of charging at home and end up just using petrol.

Review of Randox Health
*********WARNING - AVOID AVOID AVOID*********
Your money will be stolen, you will not receive the product, they will not respond to any emails or phone calls. My mother is not only due a refund (30 working days late) but Randox now have the tests she returned and are not responding.
I recently contacted Randox on Twitter after my elderly mother had failed to get any response on multiple occasions. I was advised by Gem, one of Randox's Twitter agents to contact them via Direct Message regarding my mother’s refund. No response. My Mother returned 2 unused testing kits as instructed by Randox's agent, Roma, on the 9th June. The unused tests were returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm which were signed for by Randox with Royal Mail providing us with signed proof of delivery on 10-06-21. Roma advised it would take 14 days for refund. When calling Randox on the 22nd June, Agent Ryan said that it was actually 14 'workings' days but we should receive an email and our refund within that time. It is now 30 working days with no acknowledgement or refund. When we call the Customer Support number we are told that we are 199 in the queue with a waiting time of 1 hour. After looking up reviews on Randox, I can see lots of people experiencing the same issue. It’s is wrong and unethical to take advantage of people in such difficult times when you are supposed to be a symbol of reassurance and behave responsibly.
You will note that 'Jenna' from Randox has responded with the generic response that they have sent to everyone who has rated them poorly on Trust Pilot. I also notice they are quick to respond to people that have provided positive responses and much slower to the ones that have highlighted their true colours. I hope from our review and all the others, you can see t the sheer quantity of people that are being taken advantage of by this unprofessional company.

Review of Suttons
I feel really sad for Sutton because I imagined they were just a little family business and when I wrote a bad review about them, I felt bad for their business. After reading the below reviews, I can see I am not the only person who has been disappointed. They need to change their delivery company, they are poor and seeing the below description by another customer that they must have used the box of plants as a 'battering ram' is incredibly accurate. My little plants arrived snapped, plugs out of pots, leaves crushed, soil all over the box. Some of the hollyhocks had yellow and brown sickly leaves. I can only assume they are struggling as a business as I cant understand why the plants would be sent out in such a bad state. I hope they manage to sort it out. It's a shame. I shared pictures of how i had received my plants and received a refund but it did take longer than advised and I had to chase.

Review of Grace & Thorn
**AVOID*** YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE BUYING.
I ordered a bunch of flowers from Grace and Thorn for £105 for my partner for Valentines day. This is a considerable amount of money for me and I really wanted it to be special for her.
Not only did they arrive with some of the stems not submerged in the water and therefore wilting, there was also a fraction of the number of stems and a fraction of the varieties to what was shown in the online image. The image showed 45 individual stems and around 20 varieties, excluding foliage, mine had 33 stems, 9 of which are red roses of the same variety and colour.
We wrote to Grace and Thorn to make them aware of our disappointment and the discrepancy in what was advertised on the website and what we received and were told the following,
'Due to the extenuating circumstances we have all faced this year including the global pandemic and Brexit flower options and prices have taken quite a hit, whilst we are doing everything possible to keep standards the same unfortunately with it being Valentines weekend also the variety of flowers is not as great as other times in the year however with this in mind I have looked over the images and spoke with the florist who made it. I am pleased to confirm that there are 13 individual varieties of flower used which is typical for a Grace & Thorn Bouquet.'
If Brexit is affecting the flowers you can source and the price of the flowers you are selling, Grace and Thorn should keep their imagery up to date or make clients aware of this before taking their money. The image on their website shows 45 different stems and 20 varieties for a large bunch (which is what we purchased) and we did not receive this. It is unethical to mislead with incorrect imagery and take advantage of people during this difficult time by not advising upfront about the differences you should expect in your purchase.
Big thumbs down from me I'm afraid on a product level and also a customer service level. Avoid.
Review of ZARA
Despite being promised a callback from customer service on the 23rd December, still have heard nothing and its the 8th Jan.
Received an automated email saying the items that I ordered back on the 26th November that I have had no communication about for months are now being delivered.
Then received an email today saying that the items had been delivered. Where... I don't know. Called customer service to flag that I had received this notification but had received nothing and am still waiting to hear back. I cannot stress enough not to buy from Zara. This has been ongoing since the 4th December and no managers have called me back when promised, I've received no emails from anyone. No communication.
I've no idea where the supposed parcel is that they have delivered or even if it has been delivered. I'm placing a block on my credit card for this transaction as this company are clearly totally incompetent and don't function as an efficient and legitimate business.
Save yourself! DO NOT BUY FROM ZARA.
