Unacceptable Service – Order Cancelled Without Notice
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Gomibo. I placed an order yesterday for a Samsung Galaxy S25 and accessories, and it was cancelled without any notification. Despite my payment of €732.85 being successful, I received no emails about the cancellation or a refund.
I contacted customer service and was told I would receive a refund within 1–5 working days , but no confirmation email or notification has been sent. I was also advised to look for another supplier, which is infuriating given that I have used Gomibo before without issues.
This experience has been extremely frustrating because I urgently needed the phone after my previous device became irreparably damaged. I had to submit a contact form, provide proof of the issue, and still have no resolution.
Overall, the lack of communication, unprofessional handling, and poor customer service make me very reluctant to use Gomibo again. I expect immediate action and a full refund, or I will be forced to pursue legal action.
