By using professional repair men. Not leaving customers for weeks with dirty washing. Giving people back tge money they spend at the laundry, because of your lack of repair centres. Better still give me and others back there money, that you falsely sold a faulty product from the beginning. All your customer service team say is "I understand" NO fix my machine within a week not a month. Disgusting. The money it cost to pay to get to and fro from the laundry aswel as the wash and dry fir a month. I could of bought two machines.
