Horrible service I upload my ID and I'd number says it's saved but don't actually save it I contact support and they act clueless. They say verify takes time. But that's not my issue my id isn't actually saving and I seen on BBB the checks they issue are bouncing

So I had to delete my last review. They actually do pay. I got my payment today and customer service been great all the way threw the process even helped me with Bitcoin

so i had three completed surveys on my profile then in my email they had a challenge complete 5 surveys dbl payout so when i activated this promo my 3 surveys disppeared i contacted customer service they told me once i finish teh challenge my 3 completed surveys would reappear they didn't i contacted support again. now they telling me i wont get those back since i started the challenge. so they stole from me cause they still get paid for the 3 surveys i completed but yet wont reset my account back for my three i completed i also filed a complain with local BBB and now customer service is acting like they on drugs talking about screen outs which has nothing to do with what i was even talking about i want my money yall got paid for it and you litterally stole from me. now yall see they replied back with nothing that has to do with my review or what i had actually said point made for sure

so on Jan 12th i was playing live crash i did a 10 dollar bet cashed out 20 dollar exactly before it crashed but it never applied my money i wrote a support ticket they told me give them 24-48 hours to fix m issues its not jan 15th they are telling me the same thing they told me on jan 12 they refuse to help refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and keep telling me to bare with them i want my ten dollar bet money or my money i won fair and square and they wont do anythign but give me the run around my account number is 63373465 am heading over to BBB next

Great survey site. Fast payouts. Am very shocked on fast service is provided when I have a question also happy with the whole survey experience here. Only downside I don't care for is surveys r limited wish they weren't limited like other sites.

so they own more than one site 4 in total they give reversals i had a issues on there site moresurvey router. i then emailed them and here in america we have freedom of speech since i spoke my mind they closed my whole account. i went to over to my offernation account they closed that account and also my rewardingways account. when it has nothing to do with moresurveys. also they told me i couldn't contact anyone on Facebook that we deal with in there chat. who are they they don't own me. then when they closed my account they noted as cheater. but never paid me my money from the surveys i actually did. but they allow people to cheat and do double surveys they also blocked me for chat forever because a few of us were having a conversation about deer. who blocked someone from chat talking about deer and bambi???. these folks are nut jobs and need to be shut down they are stealing peoples money. i have also reported to the BBB anyone else need to report you have to search BBB UK
