Virgin Media is to avoid at all price. On top of having the worth internet service, terrible customer service, all is made to make sure you can not quit even after end of contract. Impossible to email, no chat online, hours to reach one person over the phone (expensive calls) who put you on hold to pass the call to someone else... it’s endless. After one week, I still didn’t manage to break my contract. I think these methods should be forbidden and I hope some consumers support will look into it to put them in trouble for being so Bad towards their customers. Just go anywhere but not at Virgin, all I can recommend.
