I am sure you company was overwhelmed…

I am sure your company was overwhelmed by customers due to the current pandemic so i understand the difficulties i had in contacting you, however to send an email to me offering disruption cover that you then immediately withdraw was irritating.

Dear Zellin Taylor,

Due to consumers current concerns regarding Coronavirus, we are experiencing unprecedented call volume, website visits and email requests, as customers are keen to obtain appropriate Travel Insurance cover.

Regrettably, despite our Chairman, Ryan Howsam's best efforts to keep a TDE product in place our Underwriter has taken the difficult decision to withdrawn the product from the market place. We appreciate this will be frustrating for our customers, but in the current climate we had no other option available to us.

Once again, my sincere apologies for the experience you have had in these unprecedented circumstances.
