1.boarding card invalid,long queue at reception before we could access cabin
2 bathroom tiny.anyone big would find it hard to use toilet
3.safe did not work from 2nd day.After 4 attempts to get it fixed,Gave up
4.air conditioning either froze you or boiled you and produced black soot.
5.No coordination,regularly run out of beer

staff at Berwick branch less then helpful. Took item back because I was not satisfied with the quality. Was told they would not refund money as I had used the camera and data was on the mp3. The camera had been used accidentally. Made no difference,I had used it and I was not entitled to any refund. So much for customer services
