Lucy and her team were fantastic from start to finish. Due to various reasons I initially struggled to get a High St mortgage but Lucy managed to find us a very reasonable rate with another lender. We put in offers on a number of houses over a 6 month period with Lucy finding us a better deal each time, which eventually led to a High St lender offering us their best rate available! A very easy process with staff being available every time we contacted them. I would highly recommend Charwin.

Met on arrival by a steward and directed to a parking space within Sainsbury's car park that had been set aside for the event at Murrayfield. Departure was slightly delayed due to amount of traffic but I was out of the car park within 10 minutes.

Online chat used for refund. Connected to an advisor within 5 minutes and refund applied less than 5 mins after that with minimal fuss and questions.

Excellent service, although 2 working days delivery transpired into 3 but then I am in the Highlands. Item better than expected.
