We have used Pavlus for years with excellent travel assistance from Susan Bender. Obviously, we would not be return customers if there were any issues! We trust Pavlus, and feel fortunate to have had Susan work together with us for every awesome trip. Susan takes the time to listen to our wants and needs, understands us, and always makes great suggestions! She also responds to our e-mails and calls immediately, answering all questions and concerns.
