Review of River island
I bought a pack of 5 Blue Waistband Trunks. One pair had a large rip down the side. Only noticed it after wearing a few pairs, so couldn't return them. Contacted customer services. Was promised an email or call back, but nothing came. Poor quality, overpriced and poor customer service in my opinion. Will not be buying from them again.
Review of B&Q
B&Q made me queue for ages on their website before I could enter, then locked me out and had to queue again. Once in nothing in stock or unavailable. Tried to buy paint and rollers but everything I clicked on was not available. I can understand there will be some problems at this time, but this is ridiculous. Going to see if Homebase, Asda or B&M have what I need. Think I will not try B&Q again, waste of time.
