If I could give Hertz zero stars I…

If I could give Hertz zero stars I would. I rented a van from them on 24/7 and within the van there should have been a fuel card, as fuel is included in the cost and charged on hire.
The fuel card was not available in the van and there was no fuel in the talk, so I reached out to the team to discuss this and they told me to refuel, pay for it and I would be refunded.
I have sent my receipt by email to Hertz and so far, they have refused to refund me. They billed me for mileage and fuel with the rental AND I paid for the fuel.

I am going round in circles with this and getting nowehere fast as the customer service team keep sending me auto replies and it looks like I will have apid for rental and paid for fuel twice.

Updated: FAILED DELIVERY X 2!

To be totally honest I had a bit of a disaster with delivery of my vehicle HOWEVER, Cazoo's customer service is outstanding.

Special shout out to Kay, Kate, Ray & the team at Grangemouth customer service centre.

If you're here looking for some reassurance or if you're having any issues with Cazoo by best advice is to deal with the team, speak to them and try to be patient - my experience with the customer service at this company is completely outstanding and they will bend over backwards to keep customers happy. This review went from 1 star for operations to 5 stars for customer satisfaction.

Thanks everyone at Cazoo - we managed to get my car delivered haha! *celebrates*

Drover is the future!

My experience with Drover has been excellent. I love my car!
I picked up a brand new car with 4 miles on the clock - I’ve no complaints. The staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely want you in a car you’ll love.

The free tile and car wash is a lovely touch!
