The worst bank ever experienced!

The worst bank ever experienced!! Stay away! Slow, burocratic, you can't do anything that is considered normal in another modern bank (eg. Transfer money in a different currency to a UK account via app: not possible, pay your rent + deposit for your new place from the app: not possible, take a scooter w/o getting your credit card blocked: not possible!!) Oh shall I forget the mess with the DB Karte? 5x Phone calls and cards sent with different pins - some of which arrived, some of which did not arrive - so much so that if I want to use one now, I'd have to request a new one!! Will close the account asap.

Poor availability and chafing!

Availability in the right size does not show up until I select already what product I want (trishorts in my case) and then more often than not they were unavailable in my size (L).
Also the shorts gave me unprecedented chafing unlike the other trisuits and the previous shorts I owned from Zoot. Really disappointing! Thinking of switching brand next time around

Thanks for your honest feedback. This is really helpful. Just to give you some insights I want to share my support-request with you that I have send to the filter-app-support:

"When searching for a product in a specific size, products are listed that are not available in the requested size.

It looks like the filter app is not taking into account if a product is available or not. It seems that the app is only considering if the requested size would be available in general.

How can I change this? I want the app only to consider available products."

Back to the chafing issue: We have not yet received such a feedback on the MENS LTD TRI 9" SHORT 83. Would it be possible for you to use chamois cream, or similar to avoid further chafing issues?

Great products but shipping handling to be improved

I love the products but if you know that some of them cannot be imported in the shipping to country, please block the purchase or at least put a disclaimer. It would have saved me lots of time, frustration and money (calling ups on toll line). Whey protein cannot be imported to Germany b/c of Milk origin (apparently)... So now I have to find an alternative product (thoug I regret having to do so) manufactured within EU..

Thanks for your feedback, I am sorry about this, if you order from the EU website, the order will be shipped from Italy and therefore it will not need to go through the customs!
