VERYY Disappointed
Hi . I would like to make a complaint to your company because due to your mistakes I received from Intrum a payment invoice in which .The biggest problem is that I changed the insurance from Codan to you up to 14 days and from the period 30.04 since I started to you I have for 2 months insurance for the same car at two insurance companies both for you and for those from Codan what is completely illegal. I would like this problem to be fixed because it is not normal to be summoned by Intrum for non-payment as long as it is not my fault. I'm waiting for an answer from you. I called Codan and they said to contact you because is your company fault. I am very disappointed.
