Genuine excellent follow up service!!
Unfortunately on delivery of the greenhouse one of the pane's of glass was found to be broken. This was resolved very quickly with replacement forwarded within the week.
This is the second Vitavia greenhouse we have purchased and overall product quality is very good.

Will hold back on further comment, hopefully will not have to make a claim on the Coronaviris situation.

So far no problems with Staysure.
