This was not a knit as per the photos. It was more a very expensive t-shirt with aztec print.

The product itself was as expected but the instructions need to be re written. It has a delicate mechanism to set it... but works fine once you've worked out its flaws.

Was all good until our first and second names were joined together in the booking when they were entered separately. This started a lengthy process of scanning and sending passports etc to have them corrected so that ticket and passports matched.
Then i got an email saying that this was a one time only free change and subsequent changes were to be paid for when it was Aunt Betty's system fault in the first place. It must happen frequently because they had a specific section in their website for name correction. Probably best to fix the error to save your clients time and hassle!
