Do not hesitate to book onto this tour bus. It was the highlight of my trip! I was in Salzburg for a few nights, on my first solo adventure abroad. I was feeling slightly overwhelmed on my first day but luckily I had this tour booked in advance. Being greeted by Ferdinand and Mitch, made me instantly relax and I knew I was in safe hands and was in for a fun afternoon. Mitch is Australian and has a brilliant personality. I met some lovely people that afternoon and even bumped into them whilst exploring Salzburg the next day! Thank you Ferdinand for driving the bus so safely and being fun and welcoming. Thanks Mitch for all the SOM info and being such a fun tour guide. I loved every minute!!!

I heard about The Frog Project whilst having a back massage! I was looking for a change to my online yoga classes and my massage therapist told me about this wonderful project where yoga is guided by teachers from all parts of the world. I love being part of this community where I feel seen and valued. I have built up lovely connections with teachers and students and I love practicing yoga with them. They also have a book club which I dip in and out of. I recently graduated from The Frog Project yoga teacher training 200 hours course. It was the most wonderful experience. Not only did I learn valuable skills in guiding yoga, I also found out so much about myself in the process. I highly recommend this inclusive, nurturing and supportive yoga community.
