Great service overall. The mold was easy to do and send for the replacement. I did get a few email notifications that the retainer was already delivered when it was not (perhaps a USPS error) and that created confusion. I had a very unhelpful conversation with a strange customer service representative thus not a 5 star review but other than that the fit is good. Very tight fit but I'm hoping that it will loosen over time. I'd recommend to a friend just don't call them.

Purchased the Peyton sectional from crate and barrel. Waited 8 weeks for delivery. It is nothing - repeat nothing like the sofa we sat on in the store. Hard as a rock. Nothing we can do about it either as they don’t accept “custom item” returns. Well everything’s is custom when you have no stock crate and barrel. I will never shop here again.
