Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I have had a Simple Human bin for a few years and have had a couple of issues with it which the customer service team have sorted very swiftly. Highly recommend their products as they do what they say and stand by the quality, backing it up with a brilliant warranty service.

We received a number of broken tiles due to the pallet they were delivered on not being loaded properly and replacements were sent out very swiftly. Excellent customer service!

Claims process currently taking at least 8 weeks.

Their claims process is currently taking at least 8 weeks (our last claim took about 12 weeks!), which is completely unacceptable! Add to this that I normally have to hold for about 15 minutes before I can speak to someone each time I call the claims team and you have a very frustrating situation and pretty poor service in my opinion.

Do not purchase any of these speakers!

We live in a modest 4 bed detached house with the usual number of Wi-Fi connected devices. All of our other devices (smart TV, iPad, laptops, phones etc) work perfectly well, Sonos does not! We have had this system (1 x Play 1 and 2 x Play 3) for a few years now and it’s just so flakey and unreliable I will never purchase another Sonos product again. We spent a lot of money on this system and, to be fair, the sound quality is pretty decent but it never works! One day it’s fine and there next ‘Sonos cannot connect to product’ or a message along these lines. We even bought the Sonos boost which apparently should create a stand alone Wi-Fi system for the Sonos speakers to run on so that nothing else can interfere and the bloody system still doesn’t work properly. Avoid at all costs, unless you don’t like listening to music and prefer silence.

An excellent company with really good customer service. When there was a mistake made and they took a payment twice in error Robin in the customer services team sorted it out very quickly for me and the refund was made swiftly. Highly recommend.
