Don't stress over the bad reviews

So placed an order, expected next day delivery. But turns out I just chose fed ex. Anyways I read the reviews and started to panic, and messaged them. That same day they made sure my parcel was on the FedEx crate getting shipped. All the products arrived EXTREMELY well packaged and secured. Highly recommend the lays sour cream and cheese Crisps and fanta tropical.
I came in a little aggressive to be honest in my message. Which I do regret to be honest, I mean the response wasn't the best either. Seemed rather heated in my opinion our conversation. So if anything that area of customer service needs a bit of improvement. But! After all the effort they went through to get my parcel out the day we spoke. I forgive them and apologise on my behalf. Well worth the order and cheaper than my local American sweet shop, have a MASSIVE selection of products too and even have a discount section. Will 100% order from here again

waste of money, AVOID!!!!!!

Absolute waste of time, black box arrived and need a activation code to connect. Well, no email from qmh has any activation codes. The app won't let me log in as apparently my email doesn't exist. Yet I can log in online through the Internet but I can't connect to my black box that way. There's no landlines to even call somebody to get it sorted. Seems like a company full of faults and glitches which worries me about other things like data protection etc. Then went to cancel after the threatening messages to cancel my policy. And got charged even though I was within the 14 day cooling off period. Seems to be a common problem with people paying and not receivingany services, maybe the company does this on purpose and gains money whilst not actually doing anything in the process except for sending out a black box. Which you also get charged for when you cancel. I have now lost money due to their horrific, and quite honestly ...embarrassing excuse of a business. Dear quote me happy..... just call it a day and find a new business model. Insurance clearly isn't for you

We're an online insurer so we would not have a telephone number for you to call, however we have a team of agents who can email you. I can see you sent an email yesterday on a bank holiday and we've replied today, however as you've already cancelled the agent has confirmed the cancellation.

Please reply to them with a copy of your review and my reply and they will look into this for you.

We have a regular delivery man called…

We have a regular delivery man called saul and he is the best delivery man we have every experienced always happy, always positive and just a genuinely nice guy. We will be getting him a Christmas present for his last delivery before then 😂
