Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended

I’ve spoken to several mortgage advisers over the past year, and Nathan Moore at Limitless Financial Services stands out by a long way, on my mortgage application. From start to finish, he has been exceptional - knowledgeable, proactive, approachable, and genuinely committed to finding the best solution for my circumstances.
Nathan’s communication is second to none; he kept me updated throughout the process and explained everything clearly at each stage. He always has time for me. He’s professional, respectful, and goes above and beyond to ensure the options he presents are both competitive and tailored. My initial lender offered a higher rate with restrictive terms, but Nathan didn’t stop there - he later found me a significantly better deal with much more favourable conditions.
It’s rare to come across someone dedicated to mortgage and finance. He’s a real asset to Limitless Financial Services, and I’m genuinely looking forward to working with him again. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

excellent service from start to finish.

I recently took my car for its 20,000-mile service and was delighted with the experience. Ben (Evans Halshaw BYD Birmingham) provided excellent service from start to finish, making the booking process smooth and hassle-free. He was also incredibly accommodating when I had to adjust my appointment time due to a prior commitment I had forgotten about.

The service was excellent, and I appreciated Ben's professionalism and flexibility. One area for slight improvement would be offering a car wash as part of the service, which I've received at a different dealership with another car.

I was happy with the service provided and would return.

Missing items, seriously damaged packaging and poor communication

Ordered items on Fitness Superstore’s Express Delivery. The delivery company does not let me know when my items will be delivered and blatantly lied about a delivery attempt. The package arrived seriously damaged with the boxes opened and things falling out. One of the items I ordered were missing. I emailed Fitness Superstore (using sales, delivery and primary emails) they didn’t even bother to respond. A week after the previous delivery, the missing item was delivered unexpectedly. Again, with absolutely no notification or communication from either Fitness Superstore or the Courier (XDP).

Very slow delivery (1980s standard)

Sent them an email about the delay in receiving my items, they responded with a review request.
It’s 9 days (and counting) since my order was approved. Still waiting for delivery.
