Easy to order, but don't like the use of Parcel Force, you try to leave delivery instructions and they cancel the planned delivery and reschedule or tell you to pick up from depot. My wife had to cancel her plans and wait for the delivery. Most other courier companies are easier to deal with. Something I know as I organise the courier contracts for the company I work for.

I spent almost an hour trying to book tickets for Iron Maiden 2025 tour in Birmingham. I was 2370 in the queue, but got through after 20 minutes or so. I then spent over 1/2 an hour selecting different seats that were supposed to be available to be told on checkout they I couldn't have them. Eventually the only seats available were corporate seating at almost 2.5 x face value, I don't know or care if it includes a night at the Marriott! I cannot believe that every free seat I selected was already in process, not with 30 minutes of selecting and deselecting! Eventually I tried Manchester, surprise, surprise the same result. Not what I call fair trading!!!

I used to use other tyre sales companies, but not anymore! I always search for the cheapest deals and time and again F! Autocentre has time and time again been the cheapest, so for over 6 years now I have using the Cannock branch. They have always been polite and professional, but more importantly honest and helpful. The guy's in there are friendly and offer a full explanation of the work they are carrying out. I can't recommend them enough!
