I have repeatedly used Just Eat

I have repeatedly used Just Eat, and the service is absolutely terrible. My latest order on 11 September 2025 was completely wrong — I ordered double cream and received sour cream instead. Despite multiple complaints, customer service refused to issue a refund, citing internal policies rather than addressing the fact that I did not receive what I paid for.

This isn’t an isolated incident many of my recent orders have been incorrect, late, or missing items entirely. Public reviews show this is a systemic issue with Just Eat: 1-star ratings are everywhere, citing the same problems. Their customer service is unresponsive, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility.

Frankly, this level of incompetence and disregard for paying customers is disgusting. I cannot recommend Just Eat to anyone use any other service if you value getting what you pay for and being treated with basic respect.

Been playing here for a while a won…

Been playing here for a while a won some good payouts. However the most recent one seem to take a lot longer to process so I was concerned . I sent several emails regarding this, they then asked for a picture of my credit card. I don't think this is allowed to I won't be playing back here again. Luckily I got my withdrawal paid this morning but I don't think it's safe to play here anymore. When I deposit lots of weird names come on my bank statements, not sure where the money is going but this is worrying. Definitely not going to deposit anymore

Absolutely fuming tonight

Absolutely fuming tonight. Been waiting all day for my delivery ( family of 4). It's now 8.40 pm and still not delivered. We expected to cook tonight yet we couldn't so had to order more food. How is my food going to be once it turns up after being in van all day long. I'm going to have to cancel again. This was my first time back after a long pause. Just unacceptable

I would not give this place any stars

I would not give this place any stars. The casino needs shutting down immediately. Thankfully I only deposited 20 pounds. I won 300, then withdrew this. Waiting days now for this to be processed and like the other reviews on here , I've had nothing. The chat is horrific and say the same thing then close the chat. Not happy. Placed an order on monday and my order hasnt even been dispatched yet. Sent email and recieved no reply. Its my daughters birthday soon and if thy o not send my order soon then she will not receive her gifts. Very frustrating.

0 stars. Leaving this company ASAP. Lowered my bill years ago so I racked up 3k debt. I have adhd and autism as well as being a single mother. I wrote to them recently stating I couldn't pay their 800pcm for bill and they happily lowered to 300 which is hard enough for me. I was due to go visit my dad in thailand with my children. They took 3984 pounds from my account leaving me over my overdraft without notice or consent. I stopped this payment luckily. However today I am in thailand due to come home in 3 days and they have taken again leaving me in thailand with no money to my name. Absolutely disgusting behaviour . I recently had an extremely frustrating…

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with George ASDA, which has left me deeply dissatisfied and regretting my decision to shop with them. I purchased a paddling pool from their online store, opting for next day delivery and paying a premium for the service. However, not only did they fail to deliver the item on time, but their customer service has been virtually non-existent, making it impossible to address the issue or obtain any assistance.

To begin with, the fact that George ASDA does not provide an email address for customer service immediately raises suspicions about their commitment to resolving customer concerns. It is quite baffling that a supposedly reputable company would lack such a basic means of communication. It seems as though they have purposefully made it difficult for customers to reach out to them, raising questions about their accountability and transparency.

Even more frustrating is the complete lack of response from their helpline. I made multiple attempts to contact their customer service team via phone, only to be greeted with a perpetual ringing tone or, worse yet, being placed on hold indefinitely. It is incredibly disheartening to invest time and effort in trying to resolve an issue, only to be met with silence and indifference.

What truly defines George ASDA as an unreliable company is their inability to deliver on their promises. Despite paying a premium for next day delivery, my paddling pool never arrived, and the company provided no explanation or update on the status of my order. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable.

It is deeply disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism and efficiency from a well-known brand like George ASDA. Their failure to deliver my paddling pool on time, coupled with the absence of any viable means of communication, has left me feeling frustrated and deceived.

I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before considering George ASDA for their shopping needs. Based on my experience, I have serious doubts about the company's commitment to fulfilling their promises and providing adequate customer support. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable retailer that values its customers and their satisfaction.

Worst airline in the world

Worst airline in the world. Ruined my holiday by loosing my suitcase. I have autism and adhd and they don't care that lost my suitcase with my stuff which is needed. I will never recommend nor will I use again. Offered me 50 pounds for compensation when I have over 1000 pounds worth of stuff on the suitcase. My family holiday ruined.
