I was genuinely disappointed and tried…

I was genuinely disappointed and tried to resolve the issue directly with them, but it was not satisfactory. I have been a customer for over 20 years and, with a large family, I am a regular customer. I had just bought a cake, but the frosting lacked sugar and was just tasteless grease. Many people tried it, and we felt the same - not even finishing our slices. It was so bad that we had to throw the cake away, and at £45 with postage, that's unacceptable, and a sign of poor quality control. Yet I was happy to resolve this with Customer Service as mistakes happen to even the best of us. They offered a £10 voucher, but nothing on their site costs so little, so they wanted more of my money. I would have appreciated some cupcakes - but no. So, I don't recommend Patissarie Valerie any more. So sad. This is one last chance to resolve it. Finally on the 2nd Sept after showing them this review, Patisserie Valerie sent me free cup cakes which had sweet frosting. As I wish them well, so I have changed my rating fron 1 star to 3.

I love the flavouring and putting them…

I love the flavouring and putting them on crisps is good fun. Please create big bottle of flavour I can buy separately - I want one in prawn cocktail please!!

Good news, Liz. We have big bottles of flavouring that you can buy separately! If you nip onto our website, you’ll see a whole section dedicated to our dusts. On there you can go onto a specific flavour you want and order the 210g bottle!!

Damaged my kitchen & not taking responsibility

I purchased an expensive, integrated washer dryer with the installation. It was fitted but at no point was I told that the existing door could NOT be put back. The first fitter said - fill the current holes, on the back of the door, with wood glue and we'll be back to refit. The second fitter showed up and said the original person was wrong, due to the screws being in different places and if he put it on the door would be held up by 2 screws and would probably come off on a spin and possibly break something. I cannot get a new door because I bought the property with the kitchen in it. Curry's tell me it's NOT there issue as they didn't damage the door. If the item could not be fitted correctly the machine should have been returned for one that would fit the door. So now I have a big mess in the kitchen and the door has been damaged by the wrong advice. This is REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Don't be fooled by the reply, Curry's are still NOT helping me.

They should not have fitted something which would not integrate again - when I paid for integrated fitting. They have rung again. STILL NO HELP. So I will use the Small Claims Court. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Great customer service

I hate garages because over the years, as a woman, there have been a long list of times where they have tried to con me. I suspect several have succeeded. It's like your dentist saying you need a filling. I am reliant on their advice. However, going to Halfords was a pleasure. I booked for an MOT. It was done on time, staff were kind and polite and there was no attempt to upsell. My only comment would be that as I was waiting, it would have been good to be offered a drink, even just water would have been welcome. If I'd have asked, I do expect it would have been offered.
